Aug 29 University of Colorado Honor Code Declaration

Students are expected to invest time in reviewing the agreement and must return a signed copy to ECOT 311 no later than this date.

Sep 01 Labor Day - Campus Closed
Sep 03 Online Enrollment Deadline for Classes

After this date, distance students will need to complete the Course Enrollment form and get instructor's permission to enroll.

Jan 21 Tuition Payment Deadline, On Campus Students

Tuition for On Campus Students must be submitted to the Bursar no later than 5:00pm on this day.

Jan 21 Distance Students: Last Day to Add without permission

Last Day to add a class without Instructor's signature - After this date, distance and non-degree students will need to complete the Course Enrollment Form and obtain the instructor's permission in writing to enroll.

Jan 28 Last Day to Drop without a "W" and receive a full tuition refund

Last Day to Drop your Spring Classes without a "W" appearing on your transcripts and to receive a full tuition refund.

Tuition Voucher Deadline for 3rd Party Payments

Jan 29 - Feb 11 Distance Students: 60% Tuition Refund period; a "W" grade will appear on transcript

Distance Students who drop a course during this time period can petition the continuing education bursar for a 60% tuition refund.

A grade of "W" will reflect on official transcripts for the dropped course.

Feb 04 Tuition Payment Deadline, Distance Students

Tuition Payment Deadline for Distance Degree Students and Non-Degree Students

Feb 12 - Feb 25 Distance Students: 40% Tuition Refund period; a "W" grade will appear on transcript

Distance Students who drop after February 11 and before February 26 can petition for a 40% tuition refund.

A grade of "W" will reflect on official transcripts.

Feb 26 - Mar 20 Continuous Drop period, no tuition refund given

Students who drop their course after February 25th will not receive any tuition refund and a grade of W will appear on their official transcripts.

No Instructor Permission Required

Mar 21 - May 10 Dean Permission Required to Drop Course

Students who want to drop After March 20th will require permission from their Dean.

No tuition refund will be given and a grade of "W" will appear on official transcripts.

Mar 23 - Mar 27 Spring Break (Campus Closed 3/27/2015)
